The investment is structured via a pooled SPV administered by Roundtable, with the SPV investing into Pangea Summit via BSA AIR. Indicative terms include a target raise of up to €700k and ticket sizes from €5k to €250k+, with strategic tickets considered selectively.

This setup is designed to make participation simpler and more coordinated for investors while maintaining efficient governance and a clean cap table for the company.
